Abstract: Purpose of this article is to analyze carriers and internship office, within a context of business behaviors among students and graduates. This work encompasses: a definition of academic business, institutional forms of students’ entrepreneurship creation, chosen results of empirical research of professional activity among students and efforts of carrier and internship office at Jan D³ugosz University (AJD) in Czestochowa. The research was based on a method of personal interview and on analysis of carrier office reports. Afterwards, wide-ranging analysis was conducted, and within a context of this analysis there was a description of operations which strengthened professional activity of students and graduates.
