Abstract:
The paper documents experiences of the actual privatization of Bangladesh over the last 20 years. It also looks at the expanding compass of privatization, its underlying problems and reviews the evidence. The paper also discusses implications of the present approach to privatization in Bangladesh on the development process of the country.
