Abstract: On the occasion of a case in appeal concerning the consent to enforce a lease contract, at Tîrgu Mures Court, there have been called upon the exceptions to incompetence materiae and ration loci of Romanian Courts in settling a judicial litigation about which we intend to develop arguments of judicial and theoretical practice.
