Abstract: The main objective of this research is propose the nexus of performance by reviewing literature on Leader Member Exchange, perceived HRM practices and work behaviors, such as organizational citizenship behavior, innovative work behavior. Our research draws upon the social exchange theory, and we propose that links among perceived HRM practices and work behaviors are subject to the quality of relationship among supervisor and employees (LMX). This research added value in existing body of knowledge by proposing a research framework worth examining. Gaps are highlighted and future research directions have been provided.
