Our research draws upon the social exchange theory, and we propose that links among perceived HRM practices and work behaviors are subject to the quality of relationship among supervisor and employees (LMX). This research added value in existing body of knowledge by proposing a research framework worth examining. Gaps are highlighted and future research directions have been provided.
