Econometric cross-country analysis of the living population social comfort

Abstract: This paper is devoted to synthetic categories of the social comfort, theoretic aspects and methods of assessment. We assume to compare the level of social comfort between Russia and other countries using different methods of assessment: subjective and objective approaches. Also in our study we analyze dynamic of the social comfort during the period of 2002–2012 and calculate auto- and cross-country coefficients of the dynamics.
