Abstract: This paper underscores the significance of the Use Values that Latin America produces, which contributes to a reduced and focalized increase in productivity, and allows an unequal interchange with developed economies. This generates a modality of Capitalism—Dependent, which presents peculiarities in its reproduction, that the Marxist Dependency Theory aims to explain.
