Abstract: Time-technology and transcapes are yet to be realized solutions for increasing human comprehension and ability to cope with societal existance and yet are with-in human reach. Many economic problems are classified as political, religious or cultural issues and dealt with irrationally. This paper offers suggestions and hope for overcomming such obstacles that can lead to a higher standards of living in a global village.
