Abstract: 이 보고서에서는 국경간 전자조달의 최근 논의를 검토하고 관련 통계를 분석하였다. 또한 세계 각국의 전자조달 활용 현황과 주요국의 전자조달제도를 살펴본 후, 국제 무역협정의 전자조달 규범에 관한 비교분석을 토대로 정책 시사점을 제시하였다. This report analyzes statistics on cross-border e-procurement, examines the use of e-procurement and e-procurement systems in the USA, the EU, and Korea, and comparatively analyzes e-procurement norms in international trade agreements to identify implications.
