No 2009/105, Papers from Osterreichish-Rumanischer Akademischer Verein Abstract: The recent economic, social, cultural crisis are part of a profound disturbance trends affecting human evolution, in this respect there is a need to build up a global economy to invest in real growth, sustainable long-term, environmental issues should to represent defining, principal components of this growth, grouth that could be called green growth. The priority of these components, achieving green growth can be obtain considering following: transformation of economic, business, industrial practices towards the transition to a flexible global economy in terms od resources, biodiversity and environmental factors; sustainable financing so that financial flows to support the transition of a fierce, bleak, unsustainable economy into a green economy. Sustainable financing integrates environmental, social and governance factors into its analysis and decision-making, supporting sectors such as environmental infrastructure, renewable energy, biodiversity, sustainable cities, buildings, transport.
