Abstract:
The authors assume that long-term strategy of social modernization includes the transition to effective employment policy, differentiated higher education, system of pension insurance and savings, address support of socially vulnerable groups. Among the short term policy measures the creation of new jobs, the refusal of official unemployment control, address support of families with children, social support of elderly citizens can be named.
