Abstract:
In this paper we propose operational definitions of industrial and competition policy and disclosed embodiment, the relationship of the two directions of economic policy. The advantages and limitations associated with the implementation of the principle of complementarity of the two directions of economic policy. The concept of allocation of resources in the light of the mechanisms of transaction management. The approaches to building a new industrial policy based on the principles of research relevant rules adopted within the new institutional economics, as well as the results of empirical studies on industrial and competition policy.
