Trade policy objectives of private companies as a tool for regulation and competition: world experience and attempt to forecast

Abstract:
Trade policies, which provide for the introduction of new amendments to the law "On Protection of Competition" ("fourth antimonopoly package") have not been the object with the regulatory objectives of the proposed methods of regulation and the possible consequences. The task of the article - to make such an assessment based on the aggregation of content trade policies in Russia and abroad, such documents and conclusions of economic theory about the actions that trade policies are provided. No reliable evidence of gains from the use of regulated trade policies at the moment no, while the adverse side effects of the action, trade policy provided for, look more than real.
