Abstract:
Constitutional responsibility of persons holding public office as a special form of legal liability, is a powerful and reliable tool to maintain the state of the legal order, the regime of law, protection of rights and freedoms of man and citizen, which is a fundamental condition for the consolidation and development of democracy in Russia, improve the functioning of the institutions state power in difficult conditions carried out by the Russian Federation political and socio-economic reforms.
