Abstract:
Effective management of competitive advantages of industry-based regional complexes is one of the leading factors of increasing competitiveness of a Russian region. The article considers the model of forming and providing competitive advantages of regional high-tech engineering which is a driver of growth of competitiveness of industrially developed regions. The authors point out internal and external forces of competitive advantages, structure of subjects of forming and providing competitive advantages, functions performed by them.
