Abstract:
The article discusses the possibility of using valuation of bank staff using a regression model of professional competencies. The advantages of its use in personnel management system. We describe the most important for the banking business competence. The results of evaluation of the use of bank staff on the basis of six months in one of the largest commercial banks in the Russian Federation.
