Abstract:
Regulation of processing of personal data is one of the most pressing issues of the current legal regulation of processing and using information. A separate aspect is the processing of personal data in the public sector, since at the disposal of of state and local government there is a vast array of information about citizens of the Russian Federation, which is actively used in the performance of public functions.
