Abstract:
The paper analyzes the theoretical approaches to the study of the problems of modern Russia, intergenerational relations and Enterprise Institute. Intergenerational relations are seen as complex and multidimensional social and cultural phenomenon that significantly affects the values, the motivations, the development of specific professional interests and select students. Identify the role of the family, the immediate social environment and the educational environment as a source of information and influence on the process of socialization and social communication of today's students, correlation between opportunities for social growth rising generations provided strength and intergenerational family ties, ensuring the preservation of the traditions of the older generations in the family business - the middle class of modern Russia.
