Abstract:
State control and supervision plays an important role, both in the activities of the authorities, in the lives of citizens and in the activities of various organizations, for which excessive attention from regulatory bodies becomes an insurmountable administrative barriers. In this regard, streamlining supervisory relations, including the development of the mechanism of pre-trial appeal as a way of protecting the rights of citizens and organizations in the implementation of state control (supervision) is relevant.
