Abstract:
Governments are confronted with the challenge of managing external borrowing effectively in the face of the state debt burden’s increase. Traditionally, in situations of crisis, debt problems are aggravated to a large extent. The article presents an analysis of measures to ensure the sustainability of the debt situation in the state. The article focuses on the risks created in the debt sphere under the influence of negative processes observed in the economies during the COVID-19 pandemic.
