Abstract:
In the framework of this work, the concepts of creating a pre-trial dispute resolution system (national contact center) in Russia were analyzed and developed in violation of the standards for responsible business conduct of the OECD. The analysis shows that NCC today affect international trade and investment in terms of market access. At the same time, disputes in the NCC today concern not only environmental issues, but more and more often concern human rights issues. This fact will require the company to pay more attention to taking public opinion into account when implementing projects.
