Abstract: In this paper, we are talking about massive control of the field work carried out by the three companies in the city of Nizhny Novgorod Vyazniki, during which revealed the facts of deviations from the planned route and sample fabrication sales. Statistical data collected by questionnaire with significant violations of technology, half-fabricated and then presented as a relevant requirements, not only are a direct threat to the scientific output, but also undermine the confidence of the mass of the public opinion polls. Game of regional companies in the fabrication of all-out for the sake of small rewards can undermine the entire process chain of mass surveys. On the one hand, we try to reveal the true state of affairs, to provide polling industry arguments for getting rid of the current practice of double ethical standards, supporting fabrication declared sampling rules. On the other - the imposition of such information outside of acute professional workshop questionnaires may compromise the leading companies implementing nationwide sample involving regional subcontractors.
