Abstract:
In the Russian Federation 75% of the population live in cities and the quality of life cannot be considered separately from the quality of life of citizens. Modern cities and urban agglomerations act as development centers, accumulating factors that are the driving force of the innovation economy: financial resources, innovative technologies, infrastructure and qualified personnel.
