Abstract: This paper presents the positive aspects of the usage of the tableau de bord as a management instrument, being known for having beneficial effects on the efficiency of the managers’ working processes and on the rationalization of the managerial information system. These aspects are highlighted through the creation of the tableau de bord for the general manager of S.C. Turbomecanica S.A.
