Abstract: If so far, the production of scale had its established methods, we now are present to diversification of the production and to the decreasing of the series of the manufacturing. It implies the using of such methods which allow to get a high efficiency. In this case, we consider that the Lean management method is a successful one, with remarkable results in the field of the production organization. The basis principle consists in the decreasing of the costs of those activities which do not add value to the manufactured products. To answer the demands of this principle, the enterprise will adopt a strategy of elimination of the waste by the diminution of the defaults, of the equipment interruptions, of the stocks of completed product etc.
