Abstract:
Supply Chain Management is the potential way of securing competitive advantage and improving organizational performance, since competition is no longer between organizations, but among supply chains. The purpose of this article is to identify strengths and weaknesses of current supply chain management at different levels as: strategic orientation, process and IT support, management and organization, cooperation, measurements Another goal is to make suggestions as to what parts we have to focus on in the future to reach the desired performance of supply chain management.
