Abstract: This paper presents the results of an analysis aiming to evaluate the quality of public transport services in Bucharest. The analysis was performed from two perspectives: the perceived quality of passengers and the quality desired by them. This paper will provide information on the impact that transport has on human life and the need for continuous improvement of this service
