Abstract: The analysis of the correlation between indicators, through multiple regression, completes the information and conclusions drawn through the application of some simple regression models. Supplementary elements achieved by using multiple regression form an additional informational support for decision makers and analysts. This paper describes a correlation between the GDP, private and public consumption, through a multiple regression model. The model explains the influence of the two types of consumption on the evolution of the GDP and allows the make of forecasts.
