Abstract:
This article is based on the fact that the natural wealth of some EU Member States is being exploited in a beneficial way, but it is often the exploitation that has the secondary, but very dangerous, effect on the environmental pollution and on the environmental quality. In a very special way, the quality of water, whose resources are continually decreasing in the last period of time, is widely analyzed and an appreciation is made regarding the prospect that these water resources will diminish by imposing protective measures of the exploitation of the water resources available to the European Union member countries. Certainly, other issues related to the course of water use and other environmental measures must be seen in comparison with the positive effect on living conditions that must be protected from the negative effects of economic development. The authors sometimes make a thorough study using the data published by Eurostat to highlight the standard that each state acquires, and especially the individual need for each individual to take new measures, additional measures to meet the standards imposed by the European Union through its directives, which regulate this activity.
