Abstract: The economy will grow by 2.9 per cent in 2015 and 2.3 per cent in 2016. Unemployment will drop to 5.2 per cent by the end of this year. CPI inflation will average about ½ per cent, well below target, this year; we do not expect interest rates to rise until the beginning of 2016.
