Abstract: The social-political domain of Ukraine, Poland and Italy was analyzed. Discovered common problems in this sector of eco nomic and risks related with it. Unemployment rate of each country was explored. The main problems in Public Finance was indi cated. The analysis showed high dependence on import of energy in most countries.
