Abstract: In the article essence of economic security of the state of Ukraine is exposed the level of which is especially sharpened in the conditions of world financial crisis and predefined, in the first turn, by such aspects, as a high level of external debt, sharpening of financial and mortgage crises, outflow of capital, uneffective structure of economy, insufficient efficiency of changes at the market of financial services in the context of entry to SOT. Measures are offered for modernizations of bank and budgetary safety, as important constituents of economic security.
