Abstract: Стаття присвячена розгляду можливих варіантів трансформації фінансових відносин на залізничному транспорті у зв’язку з проведенням реструктуризації. Розглянуто проблеми та виявлені протиріччя, які мають місце в системі фінансових відносин в галузі. Запропоновані шляхи зміни фінансових відносин між підприємствами залізничного транспорту в умовах проведення реструктуризації системи управління галуззю.The article considers possible options for the transformation of financial relations of the railways in terms of restructuring the management system. The problems identified, and the contradictions that occur in the system of financial relations in the industry. Variants of the financial relations between the enterprises of railway transport, as a component of the restructuring of the management system.
