Introduction of a scientific-practical research аnd improvement of its methodological toolset: adequacy evaluation of research indices

Abstract: In this article we present a detailed review of methodological foundations, describe the methodological mathematical toolset that we used as well as the research procedure at input data stage, i.e., final stage of search which gives scientific grounds for substantiation of conclusions relating to object of study and a possibility to expand obtained conclusions onto similar objects with corresponding corrections as regards the development of object studied.
