Abstract: У статті виявлені чинники, які найсуттєвіше впливають на формування регіональної соціальної політики. Проведений комплексний розгляд структури соціальної політики на основі декількох принципово відмінних підходів, але в той же час, що досить тісно переплітаються. Доведена доцільність використання авторського поняття «соціальний комплекс» при визначенні напрямів підвищення результативності соціальної політики регіону.The factors which most substantially influence the forming of regional social policy have been exposed in the article. Complex consideration of social policy structure has been conducted on the basis of several principally different, but at the same time sufficiently closely connected approaches. The expedience to use the author’s concept «Social complex» has been well-proven at determination of the directions of increasing the effectiveness of social policy of the region.
