Process technological innovations in anti-crisis management

Abstract: Anti-crisis management uses innovative mechanisms for regulation of enterprises before and during crises. It has been determined the need to apply process innovations in anti-crisis management of rail transport enterprises. Process innovations are new instruments including the whole spectrum of business processes at enterprises, priorities of which are improvements in activity in order to choose the client (consumer)-oriented approach and aimed at synergy at enterprises. Business management development based on process innovations is an iterative and targeted process coordinating changes in all business activities and leading to synergy of innovations that stipulates long sustainable development. Major trends in process innovations at railway enterprises are determined by the single technological policy of railway transport, which is the system providing the aim, main principles, engineering mechanisms in technological development of the efficient integrated technological process to provide rail transport services.
