Specifics of management of material flows in the system of social security of the military organization of the state

Abstract: Inventories are the most costly element of the logistics systems as they are not only “frozen” money, but require significant expenses for their maintenance and updating. Material flow management planning-regulating the forms and methods of the organization of movement of means of production, the labor of the workers, the use of vehicles, containers when moving and storage products. For the study and management of material flows military organization of the state form econometric models characterizing the influence of different factors on their value. Econometric model and the graphs of supply and demand illustrate some of the changes in aggregate income or rates affect the value of the material flow military organization of the state. However, there are other factors that may affect the value of the material flow military organization of the state. They are called not price determinants. The price of the determinants of market demand include: tastes or preferences of consumers; the number of consumers in the market; monetary incomes of consumers etc. The determinants of price proposals include: resource prices; production technology; taxes and subsidies; the number of sellers in the market and etc. Inventory management in logistics systems is reduced to the solution of such tasks as support sizes of material reserves at a level to ensure continuity of supply of all departments of the necessary material resources subject to compliance with the minimum costs.
