Bulgaria's Fiscal Expansion: Navigating Through Stormy Waters

Georgy Ganev ()

No 11, CASE Network E-briefs from CASE-Center for Social and Economic Research

Abstract: Most EU governments reacted to the global economic crisis with a dramatic increase in spending. For Bulgaria, fiscal stimulus programs proved to present their own unique set of challenges.
