Abstract: The demand of the air transportation is showing increase rapidly in Turkey. At the same time, ?stanbul Airport is near the top point from the point of air traffic in Europe. Because of the rapid development of information technology since the 1990s, many people today intensively use this technology for research, socializing, shopping, and many other activities. This study attempts to evaluate airline company websites using the content analysis method. According to the conclusions of this study, some recommendations are made to improve the websites that were included in the study thereby evaluating the websites of the airlines that have flights to ?stanbul Airport in 2013.
