Abstract: Health resort, as part of the health care system is still undervalued and underinvested spa area of the economy. The purpose of this article is to describe the changes in the spa treatment, both in terms of supply and demand. There are taken into account various aspects of the spa, with special emphasis on the element budget. The analysis refers to public spending on health resort.
