Abstract:
Our previous research has discovered that high-rank positions in Czech economic academia, government advisory boards, and public agencies granting research are mainly occupied by professors without a single publication in journals with impact factor. Here we present further bibliometric evidence on insufficient international competitiveness of the Czech community of academic top liners and investigate the objective structure of this community. We are particularly interested in relationship clusters within the group of scientific boards of economics faculties.
