Dış Finansal Liberalleşme Sonrası Türkiye’nin Dış Borç Dinamiğindeki Değişmeler: Bir Literatür Araştırması

Abstract:
Foreign dept problem is one of the predecessor problems in Turkey. Foreign debts increased constantly along with financial liberalization and it was started to argue about its sustainability. While public sector’s rate decreases in foreign debt with external financial liberalization, increasing in the private sectors debts become effective on increasing in foreign debt stock. Height of foreign debt makes economy more sensitive and renders sustainable debts to unsustainable. . In this study, after the external financial liberalization, development process and results of external debts in Turkey has being researched. As a result of study, it is emerged, after the external financial liberalization; the claim that external debts of Turkey regularly increased is right but due to GDP increasing External Debt/ GDP which is the indicator of solvency hasn’t increased.
