Abstract:
Abstract This research aims to identify the factors for implementing Green Human Resource Management practices that will enhance the corporate social performance in the banking sector of Pakistan. The data are collected from experts from different banks on different designations. The applied methods are two integrated MCDM techniques of ISM and DEMATEL. This research contributes to the identified factors as a framework is developed using the integration of the triple theory approach, which will be helpful for the effective implementation of Green HRM to improve Corporate Social Performance. This research offers insight into how firms can enhance their social reputation by conducting different GHRM initiatives; they can promote their employees by teaching them about Green HRM practices and supporting green culture in the organization and society. The study is valuable for organizations, governments, and industries to improve their social performance by implementing GHRM practices.
