Abstract: Abstract Gender Diversity and Corporate Sustainability are the two buzzwords that have impacted the field of research at the global level. The growing consciousness about the corporate scandals along with the dismantling environmental issues calls for an exploration. Through the lens of Stakeholders theory and Resource dependency theory we found an interlinkage between these two concepts, but the literature was scarce in terms of a quantitative review. We filled this research gap by conducting a bibliometric analysis using 242 research articles using the Scopus database. Various scientific techniques such as citation analysis, co-citation analysis, co-occurrence analysis, keyword analysis, content analysis etc. was used to conduct the analysis using two software’s (VOS viewer and Biblioshiny). The bibliometric analysis helped in uncovering the temporal and geographical distribution of the research articles, identified seminal articles, authors, sources. The analysis also helped in identifying the intellectual development and growth of the themes over the past two decades. The analysis also highlighted the future avenues such as the sustainability reporting, environmental performance and decision making. These elements can further be explored by the future researchers for better governance and exploration.
