Abstract:
Abstract This article considers problems such as the definition of food security and the inclusion of food independence in this concept. The conclusion has been drawn that there have been no major threats to the Russian market from the global food market. Alternative definitions and classifications of the standing of the agricultural foods system have been suggested.
