Abstract:
Abstract— The article analyzes the relationship between macroeconomic stabilization policy and development of the Russian economy at industry and regional levels. It is stated that macroeconomic stabilization in itself does not ensure transition to sustainable economic growth against the background of structural and regional imbalance. Measures at the macroeconomic level should be aimed at eliminating gaps in production efficiency of certain types of activities and creating conditions for expanding the production connectivity of regions.
