Chapter Chapter 11 in From Total Quality Control to Lean Six Sigma, 2012, pp 47-51 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract After reviewing the literature and analysing the findings, these latter can be compared and grouped in order to define the results and the critical implementation factors of the six systems. Along with the results and benefits, eight common factors have been found and proposed as shown in the second column from the left in Table 11.1. They are: results and benefits; management style; deployment of the system; employee management, deployment and participation; voice of the customer; tools, techniques and IT; optimisation of the system; day-by-day check and control of the results; review of the system.
