ANALYSIS OF THE ABSORPTION CAPACITY OF STRUCTURAL FUNDS IN ROMANIA

Abstract: In this article, we intend to realize an analysis of the absorption capacity of the Structural Funds in Romania, which is a crucial issue in the context of the regional development and the discretionary fiscal policy. We consider that the Structural Funds are the only free resource that can develop the national economy of Romania and also the roumanian society.
