Abstract:
The European response to the Covid-19 crisis was swift, but fiscal and monetary policies may risk financial dominance in the eurozone, especially with adverse shocks such as the war in Ukraine. We analyze the risks of overburdening the ECB and advocate for sustainable development through the Next Generation-EU program.
