Abstract:
The purpose of this paper is to quantitatively examine an under-studied topic in the literature of real estate economics; Condominium Management. The paper particularly focuses on the degree of market competition and human resource management from the perspective of condominium management companies. The paper finds that the market competition indeed plays a significant role in the determination of service prices offered by the management companies. Since the industry is labor intensive, how to accumulate human capital in this industry is also an important issue.
