Abstract:
Author highlights the necessity to draw international financial aid for Ukraine, identify similarities and differences of "Marshall Plan" for post-war Europe and current financial aid for Ukraine. She explains the investment levers of "Marshall Plan" which are extremely important for reconstruction of the Ukrainian economy and modernization of its production basis. Author elaborates the key principles of formation and allocations of the foreign financial aid for Ukraine, which are related to the grant's and loan's forms of support, evaluation of the financing needs of Ukraine and accounting of the spill-over effects for international community, setting up productivity missions in the key sectors of the Ukrainian economy and introduction of the program of concessional crediting of the fixed assets' renovation for Ukrainian enterprises.
